Alfredo G. Klein

Alfredo has vast experience in complex litigation, especially in connection with all the different stages of corporate conflict resolution, from the prevention of disputes to the transactional agreements that bring those disputes to an end.

Alfredo’s practice also encompasses debt restructuring, bankruptcy, and real estate business operations of all scales – AAA-rate buildings, hotel development, and country clubs-, from the setup of legal structures, to the funding of projects, through their final execution.

Fernando G. Sasiain

Fernando leads the firm’s corporate law team.

His expertise covers a broad spectrum of practices related to the corporate and business world. This includes, among other things, structuring efficient platforms to channel investment rounds, both locally and abroad; drafting conflict-prevention shareholder agreements; intervening in complex corporate conflicts; drafting joint venture agreements with domestic and foreign companies, and advice on corporate governance and compliance.

In recent years, Fernando has oriented his practice to the digital transformation of the business world, advising companies in the technology industry on their start-ups and digital transformation, cross-border operations, applications running on blockchain, smart contracts and decentralized finance.

Julieta Salguero

Julieta started her professional career advising clients in consumer rights issues.

Since she joined to our firm, she advises to technology companies in the legal aspects of digital business.

Moreover, she advises on contractual and corporate law, including filings with corporate regulators.

Felipe Fernández

Felipe started his professional career as paralegal in business and civil law at law firm Ferrari & Partners providing legal advising and litigating for corporate clients.

In 2022, he graduated with honors from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires and is currently completing an international certification in Ethics and Compliance organized by the Argentine Association of Ethics and Compliance together with the CEMA University.

Since he joined to our firm he provides legal advising for technology companies.

Likewise, he advises on contracts and corporate law, including registration procedures at the Public Registry of Commerce of the City of Buenos Aires.

Gabriel Martin

Gabriel has ample experience in ordinary labor litigation and collective litigation: answers to court notices, development and follow-up of labor judicial proceedings, hearings, case handling, pleadings, filing of appeals and follow-up coordination of judicial proceedings with correspondents throughout Argentina.

He regularly attends conciliation hearings before the Mandatory Labor Conciliation Service (SECLO) in preliminary proceedings and before the Ministry of Labor for collective issues.

Francisco Aguirre
